Wasl Properties was born on May 25, 2008, when the Dubai Real Estate Corporation merged its Development Board with the Real Estate Department to form a unified asset manager—Wasl Asset Management Group—tasked with transforming Dubai’s urban fabric (wasl.ae, Wikipedia).
