  • Born as Estithmaar Realty in 2002, DP launched Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR)—the world’s largest single-phase waterfront community at the time. By 2005 it had rebranded to Dubai Properties, committed to executing the emirate’s vision of live-work-play districts.
